SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipment
Products purchased at Powerflex.es will be shipped to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Portugal. If you wish to receive your order at a destination other than those indicated, you must contact us by phone or at info@powerflex.es.
The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times will be between 1 and 4 business days from the moment Powerflex.es can confirm the effectiveness of payment for the order. In the event that the products in your order are not in stock in our warehouses at the time of payment confirmation, we will contact you to inform you of the approximate delivery date.
WARNING: During promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Summer...), delivery times may be altered.
Powerflex.es makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the Portal. However, Powerflex.es is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay in shipment or loss of the package by persons not involved in the transport contract, by yourself or for reasons or causes that are unforeseeable or insurmountable due to force majeure.
We advise you to check that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition when you receive your package. If you are not satisfied with the items delivered, please sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note any anomalies you found upon receipt.
Returns
Product returns must be requested through the Customer Service info@powerflex.es
Returns must be made in their original condition, that is, in their packaging, with their accessories and instruction manuals, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Accepted returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
The user will have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement of the product.
Warranties and After-Sales Service
All items in the STREET RANGE (Daily and sport use) have our lifetime guarantee (you can check the terms in General Conditions)
The articles in the COMPETITION RANGE (Competition and track use) range do not have any type of guarantee as it is a product exclusively for competition where, in addition to being subjected to extreme use, the use of the product cannot be monitored and, as a consequence, the knocks, impacts, accidents, etc. that the article may suffer.
In the event of a defective product, the appropriate procedure will be repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.
For any package you wish to return, you will have to notify info@powerflex.es in advance in order to avoid confusion.
