OUR MATERIALS
Nuestros materiales están codificados por colores para que sean fácilmente identificables. Lea atentamente la siguiente explicación para conocer el significado de cada color.
Red 65A: Used for our universal exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.
Yellow 70A: Used primarily for engine mounts, differential mounts, and subframe mounts, or areas where the bushing requires a lot of movement and absorption.
Purple 80A: Our most common material. This is used in most areas of the suspension and provides the right combination of performance and compliance.
Black 95A: Our hardest material. This is primarily used for our Black Series (competition) range or in our Street Series where the vehicle's standard suspension demands require us to use this material hardness, i.e., in high-load areas.
Gray* - Used specifically for the Heritage Series (collection). It can be any of the durometers mentioned, but it will always be the same as the equivalent part in our Road Series, i.e., if it is Purple 80A in our Road Series, it would be Gray 80A in our Heritage Series.
In our Street Series and Heritage Series kits, we use a combination of our four materials. During the development stages, we test the original silentblock and analyze its movement and resistance, then decide which of our materials—red, yellow, purple, black—is the most suitable. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all design; unlike manufacturers, we customize the silentblocks—in terms of material—to suit their intended purpose.
Can Road Series be used on tuned cars?
Our Road Series parts are perfectly suited for tuned cars and fast road use. They offer the right compromise between performance and compliance, something most people require from a vehicle they drive daily. Yes, installing our Black Series parts is possible, and many people have and will do so, but naturally, by putting even more effort into the bushings, you are compromising the vehicle's comfort and, therefore, you may experience a harsher ride.
